My Journey To Hypnosis
I didn't come to hypnosis through a straight path. Like many people, I was skeptical at first — shaped by the stage hypnosis stereotypes and exaggerated claims that dominate popular culture.
But when I experienced clinical hypnosis for myself, everything changed. I saw firsthand how working with the subconscious mind — done correctly, ethically, and with genuine understanding — could create shifts that talk therapy alone couldn't reach.
I trained extensively, studied the science, and began building a practice. Over time, I developed my own frameworks and approaches — not by inventing something new, but by paying close attention to what actually worked in real sessions with real people.
Today, I run a thriving practice at ThetaSpring Hypnosis in New York City, and I'm committed to sharing what I've learned with the next generation of practitioners.
