About Alexandra
I came to hypnosis through a personal experience with it—and stayed because of the results.
Early in my career, I became interested in why people can know what they should do and still struggle to change. Hypnosis was the first modality I encountered that worked directly with the subconscious patterns shaping behavior, safety, and attention.
Over the past 15+ years, I've worked with thousands of clients and built a full-time hypnotherapy practice. My work has been recognized with Best of NYC awards, and I'm trusted by high-performing individuals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking meaningful, lasting change.
Alongside my client work, I've built and operated multiple wellness businesses. I founded and ran brick-and-mortar spas in New York City and Philadelphia, and I'm the founder of Go burble, a mental wellness technology company focused on accessible subconscious work.
I also train practitioners, helping close the gap between technique and effectiveness by teaching how to recognize and work within the hypnotic state itself.
AtHomeHypnosis was created as an extension of this work—bringing together hands-on experience, entrepreneurship, and a practical understanding of hypnosis as a learnable, skillful state.
